Paul Burgard
Paul, Principal President of Renaissance Construction, has over 20 years experience as a builder. He specializes in high‐end commercial projects, from tenant build‐outs to new construction, as well as luxury residential new construction and remodels. He brings a level of refinement which only a true craftsman can attain, placing the highest priority on premium quality and solid value.
Paul Coury
Paul Coury, Principal and co-founder of Renaissance Construction, bringing to the company more than 25 years experience in all aspects of real estate and more than $250 million in real estate transactions in the last decade. His background in finance and banking has aided the structure of many varied and complicated residential and commercial projects.
Steve Dodson
Steve Dodson, Director of Sales, is responsible for sales and marketing. His background includes finance, business development and all areas of commercial and residential building, and land development.
Barry Burgard
Barry, Project Manager for Renaissance Construction, has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of commercial construction. In addition to owning and operating his own construction company, he is an experienced master carpenter.
David Williamson
David, a native Tulsan, has more than 10 years experience in various areas of home building. With beginnings in trim carpentry and home remodeling, the majority of his career has been in custom home building. David provides a broad range of skills and expertise in his role as Foreman of high‐end custom homes and remodels at Renaissance Construction.
Milton Odom
Milton has been in the commercial construction industry for 25 years. His experience includes 10 years as vice president at a Tulsa‐based construction company and 15 years as owner of his own construction business. He is a commercial Project Manager for Renaissance Construction focusing on commercial projects and tenant finishes.
Doug Stoermer
Doug has 25 years experience in construction, starting in high‐end kitchen and bath remodels. Additionally, he has been a project manager for a restoration company and has run his own construction company. As Foreman for Renaissance Construction, Doug’s expertise is in supervising residential remodeling projects and commercial tenant finishes.
